Laguna can't speak. It'll take a lot to understand him. Luckily, he can still text things.
His skin doesn't glimmer quite like crystal... well, the purple stuff covering his arms goes glimmer like crystal. His whole body, however, is purple and looks like any normal Manikin... except he has clothes which are his normal colour. However, other then that, he looks like, well:

He can poof into any of his alternate outfits.
However, there is one warning I must give: Laguna is a Manikin. Manikins are meant to only know fighting - and, as such, he has issues controlling these urges. In any action thread with him, if he's getting near to that point, I'll probably send you a warning. Just so I don't pull it out of nowhere. However, in non-action posts, it'll be easier for him to control himself.
